How Our Coverage Works

FedNor Transportation is based in Framingham and serves the entire Greater Boston and MetroWest region. Every ride is door to door: your driver escorts you from your home to the vehicle, assists with boarding and securement, and walks you into the lobby of your destination. For an additional fee, your driver can also wait during your appointment and bring you straight home afterward.

Our fleet handles manual and powered wheelchairs up to 600 pounds, bariatric chairs, stretchers with a trained attendant, stair chair assistance for walk ups and narrow staircases, and ambulatory passengers who simply need a steady arm and a reliable ride. Recurring schedules for dialysis, infusion, and therapy are available in every town we serve, with the same driver and vehicle whenever possible.

We are a private pay service, which means no insurance paperwork, no broker approvals, and no waiting on authorizations.
