1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking a ride with FedNor Transportation, LLC ("FedNor," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

FedNor provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), wheelchair-accessible transport, stretcher transport, and ambulatory rides to dialysis, medical appointments, and similar destinations across Greater Boston and MetroWest Massachusetts.

3. Booking & Pickup Windows

Ride requests are confirmed by our team and subject to driver and vehicle availability.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
Pickup windows may vary due to traffic, weather, and prior-trip delays.
For cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms, see Section 6 (Refund Policy).

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must follow safety instructions, remain seated and secured during transport, and treat drivers and staff with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or end service for behavior that is unsafe, threatening, or abusive.

5. Payment

Fares may be paid privately or billed through insurance, MassHealth, brokers, or other payors as arranged. You are responsible for any amounts not covered by your payor.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the reservation of driver time, vehicle availability, and operational resources committed at the time of booking, payments are generally non-refundable once a trip has been scheduled. We do not offer refunds for services. All payments are due upfront unless otherwise arranged in advance.

In the event a payment has been received but you are unable to proceed with scheduled service, you will have 120 days to reschedule before being charged again for the service. In the event that a service has to be cancelled due to inclement weather, you will receive a credit to be used at your leisure. The credit does not expire.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a non-expiring credit toward any future FedNor service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup and same-day no-shows are non-refundable.
Clients who need to reschedule may do so at no charge within 120 days of the original trip date.

7. Not Emergency Medical Care

Our drivers are trained transportation professionals, not paramedics or EMTs. We do not provide emergency medical services, on-board medical treatment, or ambulance-level care. In any emergency, call 911.

8. Disclaimers

Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FedNor and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the ride in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FedNor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by FedNor or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
